Lavazza Foundation ¡Tierra! projects are concrete examples of what Lavazza does to improve the living conditions, social development and economic growth of coffee farming communities, respecting the environment.

In collaboration with Rainforest Alliance™ and local partners we create sustainable working conditions, raising the coffee quality as well as the productivity of the plantations, thanks to sustainable agronomic and cultivation standards.   

Every blend of La Reserva de ¡Tierra! range contains coffees from these territories and communities, involved in social responsibility projects.

For this reason, La Reserva de ¡Tierra! coffees are synonym with excellence and sustainability throughout the whole supply chain: Rainforest Alliance Certified™, carefully selected and gently roasted to bring you a unique sustainable taste experience of coffee origins.

The Lavazza Foundation promotes and finances international sustainability projects in the countries where coffee is cultivated.

Lavazza Foundation ¡Tierra! projects started in 2002 from a social responsibility project to improve the social and environmental conditions and production techniques, involving more than 90.000 coffee growers, across 3 continents and 17 countries.

The Sustainable Development Goals are the blueprint to achieve a better and more sustainable future for all. They address the global challenges we face, including those related to poverty, inequality, climate change, environmental degradation, peace and justice.
